This HVAC Company was recommended by a close friend when my A/C unit completely blew an electrical component after being repaired by a different technician. Edgar responded to my main issue and noticed right away what was wrongly done though I did not tell him what I thought happened. He was knowledgeable but most of all respectful, friendly and professional throughout the course of our interaction. I decided to replace my old unit with the brand he carries and couldnt be happier. It has been a year now and Edgar even reminds me if he can check my unit for regular maintenance. Now that is impressive customer care.
