Joaquin worked at our house for tile installation. Joaquin is hard working and very professional. While doing tile installation, we identified extra work, he listen with patience and completed that work as well. Tile installation work took longer than anticipated due to right reasons because Joaquin spent extra time improving corners and cleaning the house. I care about quality work than faster completion so I am giving 5 stars to Villa flooring. I am attaching pictures. Please decide by yourself about the quality of work Joaquin performed

We never write reviews, but this time we felt we had to do it to save others from this nightmare. This person is as unprofessional as it can get. The job was straightforward, just to put the hardwood floor in a small area in the kitchen. It took more than a month (after an incredible amount of excuses) and in the end, he left us with a bad job done where some parts are popping up, bad visible cuts, and what's worst he didn't want to finish putting the moldings he took out and big parts of unfinished areas where the concrete is fully visible, glue around all edges that he refused to clean just to mentioned of the highlights. Now we had to talk with the credit card company to dispute the charges because after living us in what looked like a war zone he refuses to finish or refund the money. STAY AWAY from this person to do ANY KIND OF JOB. I'm attaching what he calls the "finished job" so you can judge for yourself.
