Absolutely thrilled with the bunk bed installation! The craftsman was a true professional, working with incredible speed and precision. The bed was up in no time, and he even took the extra step to clean up afterwards – a huge bonus. His recommendations for additional top bunk security were spot-on, ensuring my little ones' safety. A MUST HIRE! Hesham did a fantastic job wall mounting three TV’s (including hiding wiring). He was super friendly and responsive from the start of the job to completion. I mistakenly gave him the wrong wall mount for one room which should have been in another and he said no problem at all, and took the time to dismantle and switch. He was organized and even cleaned up all the packaging. One wall mount required removing the baseboard for electrical access to hide the wiring. I was worried about that however he caulked the area and even painted some areas to make everything as if nothing was ever touched. I don’t know what else to say other than if you’re looking for someone to do jobs around the house, he is 100% your guy. I’ll definitely be contacting him again in the future.
