FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is very reasonable becouce i do most of the work myself. if a larger crew or time is a concern it will reflect in the pricing. what my pricing does not reflect is the extra time and efford i have no problem giving just becouse i find some thing that could use my attention.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will hear the customers ideas of what they would like to do. giving them feed back on past experience's I've had with similar applications. Then I will take some time to confirm that there will be nothing that will hinder or stop the project. and within one business day present them with a price quote and time frame. Other than landscape design all quotes could be expected the same day.
