Former semi-pro indoor soccer player. Lift weights, do HIIT, meditate, walk, and practice yoga. Have run and hiked, swam, and played basketball, racquetball, tennis, etc.
I have worked with a variety of people, including those with a variety of disabilities and fitness levels.
I provide an email survey, a fitness test, and a 3-day food journal. Based on the results, we develop a nutrition plan, a coaching style, and a fitness plan! I can also supply weights, bands, fitness balls, etc for our time together.
