Introduction
Fitness and nutrition enthusiast. Earned a BS in Neurology, Physiology, & Behavior. Extensive coursework in nutrition and MPH (preventative health).
Former semi-pro indoor soccer player. Lift weights, do HIIT, meditate, walk, and practice yoga. Have run and hiked, swam, and played basketball, racquetball, tennis, etc.
I have worked with a variety of people, including those with a variety of disabilities and fitness levels.
I provide an email survey, a fitness test, and a 3-day food journal. Based on the results, we develop a nutrition plan, a coaching style, and a fitness plan! I can also supply weights, bands, fitness balls, etc for our time together.
I take great pride in getting results and truly enjoy helping the people I work with!

I met Debbie when I was in college. Unfortunately, I had gained some weight and was looking to lose some weight while gaining muscle and fitness. She provided a nutrition plan (whole food, vegetarian even), fitness plan (primarily weights but also HIIT and yoga), and even weights (while she was there)! I really wish I could have afforded her more often, but I lost the weight quickly. After I lost the weight, I was worried about what would happen and she talked me through it. My body continued to change and I continued to see her; I am really happy with the results.
