- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to have competitive prices while still providing a quality service. We do also offer a couple of discounts to make it even more affordable: 10% off for bundling 2 or more services in the same appointment. Referral discount of 10% for you and every person you refer. Their discount will apply on their first service and your discount will apply on the next service unless both appointments are on the same day or yours is after theirs. If you have multiple referrals, you receive 10% per referral.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the customers needs and expectations is first on our list from the first message or phone call to the day of the job. We get as much information about the job as we can ahead of time. This allows us to understand what the job requires, along with any concerns the customer has. This allows us to answer most questions as accurately as possible including price, timing and methods.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Safety is a huge priority for us. We are constantly learning new methods and attending safety trainings to keep up to date with the latest safety methods. We recently attended a very in-depth training in Colorado to get OSHA certified and learn about ladder, fire, solar and height suspension safety.
