- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client’s needs are different. We look forward to working with you to understand your company’s current digital marketing goals and needs are and developing a successful strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of digital experts is constantly working on educating ourselves to provide a better service for our clients. Bobby sits on the Board of Directors for the American Marketing Association Sacramento Chapter, and is intimately involved with local marketing agencies and large enterprise marketing departments learning about best practices in their industries. Our team members are HTML5, CSS3, and PHP certified. We are the only Shopify partners in the Sacramento area for our eCommerce Clients. And we are NationBuilder certified experts for our political clients. Lastly, we have a Microsoft Silver Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions provider to help our clients with the email and business communication needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Capitol Tech Solutions CEO Bobby Reed grew up in a household of computers that sparked a digital passion in him at a young age. After graduating from MIT in 2002 with a degree in computer science, he immediately started his own business designing web based software. As the demand and range of digital services has grown, Bobby has continued to expand CTS to a full service digital marketing firm.
