Don is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I had such a complicated trip planned with my 2 dogs and out of the 15 or so travel agents I contacted to help me he was the ONLY one who helped and most importantly DELIVERED🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 He is a blessing to work with, so ethical and dedicated to his profession I could not have asked for a better person to make this happen. I had initially attempted to do this myself, but the airlines have made it near impossible to travel with dogs in the cabin internationally to Europe. After several weeks of endless calls to airlines I gave up and found Don in the mix of travel agents I reached out to.
Don listened to everything I asked for and went to work immediately- not once did he say this would not happen, he is so incredibly patient, kind and professional, my husband and I would not have been able to make this trip happen without his help🙏🏽 Don is tireless in his efforts to organize your trip down to the smallest detail, he is efficient and gave me so much piece of mind working in the background allowing me to focus on everything else I needed to do to get ready for this mammoth journey!
I go beyond recommending him, you honestly will not find anyone better

Trip-City is absolutely my group travel specialist. I am a travel influencer. My job depends on my ability to plan memorable group travel experiences. They use excellent travel technology that helps to make sure that every request is executed and accurate.
The amount of information that Don has been able to provide is exactly what I need to be prepared for every aspect of the travel experience.
Trip-City created a 2 week itinerary, booked flights, hotels, transfers, and activities for my UK Family Excursion which took me from Orlando to London, to Ireland, to Edinburg and back to London.
I have done 4 business oriented group trips with Don. Each of those trips included between 8 and 22 people. I exclusively work with him for my large group and business accommodations.
Trip-City prices beat any prices that I've found among competitors. He has been very transparent with the costs and works really hard to exceed my budget limits.
