- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are based on a flat fee versus an hourly rate. Pricing varies based on the services requested and the amount of work that needs to be done. You will always be informed if the rate that was initially quoted needs to be increased once financials are reviewed. We strive to honor the initial quoted rate as much as possible. All services are rendered to strive for 100% client satisfaction. If there are any issues after your service has been completed we will work with you until they are resolved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most usual scenario is a phone consultation to get a basic understanding of the services needed followed by an in-person meeting if deemed necessary. We have a secure online client interface for uploading and downloading financials so we can assist you virtually if desired. Distance is not an issue, we can handle your income tax or accounting needs from the comfort of your own home!
