We specialize on all types of roofing services, from residential to commercial, our company does it all! Some of our services include: roof leak repairs, preventative maintenance tune-ups, full roof replacements, power wash and new construction roofs. We work on all types of roofs including: shingles, tile, metal, and flat roofs. Our highly experienced roofers and our friendly customer service team sets our team apart. The Roof Masters replaced our 30+ year old roof and were excellent to work with!Gilbert Magallon was our Project Manager and he was extremely responsive, proactive, and helpful in answering all our questions about their bid and about the project overall. They completed the full rood replacement in 2 days and installed new gutters in 1 day.Gilbert even had one of his team members come back out the day after the roof was installed to take a second look at something that we had a question about. Everything was perfectly fine but my wife and I appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond to provide excellent work and service.We explored 4 bids total and The Roof Masters was the most affordable of them all while also being the best to work with during the bidding process.10/10 would recommend.

The Roof Masters did a fabulous job replacing my roof and installing a gutter system. This included removing and reinstalling my existing 12 panel solar system. The job started on a Sunday (solar panel removal) and was completed the following Friday. Three different crews were involved for the solar panel removal and reinstall, roof replacement, and gutter installation. I was very impressed with the tight coordination and excellent workmanship. I would recommend Roof Masters to anyone. I received 4 another estimates and Roof Masters was a significantly better value. Thank you so much! I am one very satisfied customer. Cheers!

I highly recommend The Roof Masters for their excellent communication and professionalism. We needed a new roof because our solar company refused to install panels without replacing the underlayment. Instead of patchwork, we decided to redo the entire roof, and were so glad we chose The Roof Masters for the job. Our Project Manager, Ramon, was great. He was straightforward, and focused on the job without any unnecessary sales talk while being down-to-earth. He offered a great price for the roof and made the decision simple. We had quotes from 4-5 roofers, and while some were overpriced, others were know it all or more interested in closing a deal and taking shortcuts than ensuring we got the best solution. Ramon stood out by prioritizing our needs and even coordinating with the solar company to ensure we maintained our warranty. The Foreman, Dorian, was equally impressive. He was polite, punctual, helpful, and true to his word throughout the project. The team worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for their roof redone.-K.S.

Roof Masters from initial contact to job completion did a fantastic job! After contacting Roof Masters within hours a representative came out to assess/quote the project; Roof Masters was the only company when inspecting for solutions/quote actually got on the roof and really analyzed the problem. They came up with a good workable solution to what had been a long term problem and cost was very reasonable. Dates were set for a two part job. The crews were on time, very polite, respectful, unobtrusive and did an amazing job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price match competitor's prices, offer senior and military discounts, and also offer financing. Your roof is one of the most important investments that you will make because it is the #1 protector of your home. The most important things in your life are found underneath your roof (family, children, pets, personal belongings). This is one home improvement project were cutting shortcuts or going cheaper on material shouldn't really be considered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of replacing or repairing your roof will look something like the following: 1. Schedule a free in-home consultation. We will look at the roof, take pictures, and write a proposal for the best solution for you and your roof. 2. Once the proposal is accepted, our office will send an electronic copy of the contract to sign and schedule a start date. 3. The project begins. Our Foreman & Project Manager will stay in constant communication to make sure that you are well informed on the status of your project.
