Into was fast, courteous and obviously knowledgeable. The friendly meeting and quote, the scheduled repair date, and the follow up was far better than I’d hoped for, and for a very reasonable price. We will be introducing to our friends and neighbors, and we will use them again! (Hopefully won’t NEED to!) but they are our go to roofers now!

Benito came in to handle repairs to my concrete roof and dry rot on the house exterior. He was very punctual and communicative. He was able to spot things even the inspector didn’t mention which I appreciated and it showed his experience. I am incredibly pleased with the quality of work and price he offered. Inspectors offered repairs as well for the same work at extreme costs that were just unrealistic. Benito offered a very realistic cost with parts and labor. I will recommend him to anyone I know in the area.

Benito goes above and beyond. I had to get my father's house ready to sell, and living on the other side of the country made that (potentially) difficult. Contacted Benito after a web search with fingers crossed and came across an individual who is professional, compassionate, well connected, and honest. I am so thankful to have found him. He hooked me up with another company to 'soft wash' my roof as it takes special equipment due to the type of tile. He could have just taken the job, but wanted it to be right. After the soft wash, he repaired the roof as needed and did some bracing in the attic at a very fair price. He was on time, and communicates with his customers very well. Can only wish that every contractor had Benito's ethics and communication skill. My realtor, who has her own roofers and contractors was very impressed - and 'Reliable Roof Repairs' has a new fan there too. Benito is just an awesome guy.
