We have discounts on the monthly management fee for owners with multiple properties.

When we get a new property to manage we go through a checklist of items to ensure that the property is ready for residents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are apart of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and the California Apartment Association. We do training through these organizations in order to stay up to date on any new laws that come out.
