- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The crux of any personal training experience is to unveil the truth behind someone’s quest in fitness. This goes deeper than finding out why someone wants to get fit. We are looking to identifying the very moment a client decides it’s time to make a change and what's their motivation behind it. Beyond that, our trainers work with clients towards developing fitness and nutritional program, not only they like, but a program centered around constant progression with short, mid, and long term goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers are elite. All of which are level 3 trainers or have bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Coupled with the experience from training, most of our trainers are former professional athletes. In turn they possess a unique set of knowledge and experience that set them apart from just about every personal trainer out there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since most of our trainers are former professional athletes, we have extensive knowledge about body mechanics, strength training, and cardio workouts. The body and how it works is second nature to an athlete.
