- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The final price I quote includes the # of notarized signatures we confirmed and service fee. At time of appt if the number of signatures grows or lessens I adjust my pricing. I also offer discounts upon appt completion as they are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prefer a phone call to asses your needs. Sometimes the client isn’t 100% ready to get their document notarized. I like to be fair and honest.

Bachelors in Business Administration, National Notary Association Certified and Loan Signing System Certified
