- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of the nature of home improvements, I offer free and in person consultations for all of my customers to discuss the range of your work as well as the material options that we have. I take no deposits to start the work up-front, instead, all payment is collected at the completion of the project. I work to provide great pricing for my customers based on your specific needs. If you would like to schedule a consultation, feel free to reach out and let me know what time works well for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally my consultations with customers last anywhere from 10 - 15 minutes to fully discuss your needs and go over various material options (If you already know what material you want to use or have already purchased your material, this part goes really quickly). I'm respectful of my clients and work to get their projects completed quickly and with amazing quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience working on these projects, a while ago I decided to open my own company and work for myself while delivering excellent quality for my customers.
