- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair prices because we value our work. Discounts may be available on certain types of cleaning. We do not charge visit fees. There will be last-minute cancellation fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first if he wishes, we can arrange a free visit by message to see the house and provide a chronological estimate that suits him.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No training... Just a lot of experience. I’ve been doing it all my life.
