- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
INTERIOR DESIGN $175/hr. with a 4 hour minimum for on site services + a 2 hour minimum for virtual services. The greatest perk in working with us is we share 100% of our trade discount and do not mark up products! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
INTERIOR DESIGN We typically work on site in 4 hour blocks with clients. The reason for this is because it is more efficient for getting immediate client feedback vs getting lost in emails and dragging your project out for weeks or months. 1. CONSULT: Your consultation will start with a tour of your space while you and your designer bounce ideas and functional needs around. Next, your designer will do a quick impulse exercise with you to really hone in on your style and vision for your space. 2. DEVELOP: Next your designer will create floor plans and elevations as necessary via AutoCad to illustrate architectural elements, and furniture plans, and even finish and lighting + electrical plans too! Next your designer will immediately start sourcing finishes, fixtures, furniture + decor for your project as needed. We can work both independently within the space, (so it's not an issue if you work from home!), and we can also work collaboratively too! 3. NEXT STEPS: At the end of your 4 hour consult your designer will get your set up online to view your design file anytime you like, you will be invoiced and can pay via debit or credit card, and your designer will discuss next steps and schedule a 15 minute complimentary follow up to give over any afterthoughts about your project. CONSULT We’ll begin by performing a full walk through of your home. After your home stager has a chance to familiarize themselves with the space, we’ll prepare a comprehensive analysis customized to your home’s layout, best selling points and room possibilities. We may even start moving things around right away while on site! 2. DEVELOP Once we’ve gotten to know your home more intimately, we’ll get to work customizing a home design solution that incorporates pieces already in the space and/or bring in carefully selected pieces sourced online based on your specific home staging budget and needs to in order to showcase your homes best selling features. 3. REVEAL On the day of staging, our professional home stagers will meticulously arrange each room to showcase its best features and create a welcoming atmosphere. Once your home is sold, we’ll promptly schedule a date to remove any pieces from the Design Allure collection, leaving behind a clean, move-in ready house
