Introduction

Whether you need help with commercial or residential interior design; or professional full services interior design process allows us to get to know you and your space through a comprehensive analysis and a personalized master plan before our final big reveal! {Cue the champagne pop.} By giving our clients access to vetted general contractors, smart project management, and exceptional customer service, we provide a start-to-finish full service interior design experience you’ll love. OUR PROCESS We book in 4 hour ON SITE sessions that start with a tour of your space while we bounce ideas off each other followed by a quick impulse exercise so we can really zone in on your vision for your space. Then we get to work creating floor plans and elevations when necessary and start sourcing. The reason we work on site is so that we can get your immediate feedback vs wasting design time buttoning up a design that’s not in line with your vision or goals. With that said, clients can work collaboratively with their designer for the entire 4 hr block or your designer can work independently while you work from home and we will seek feedback when you have a few moments, here and there. Being in and out while we work is okay too, as long as you we have your full attention for first hour and last half hour of your session. 4 Hour blocks are available Tuesday - Friday 10:00 - 2:00 + 3:00 - 7:00 Please contact Design Allure directly to schedule a 15 minute zoom call where Irene walks you through what you can expect during your visit. Following your initial 4 hour block Irene will schedule a 1 hr zoom call to go over edits, talk next steps and maybe even get some ordering in! She does share 100% of her trade discounts! All onsite visits are a 5 hour minimum billed at the end of your 4 hour session.

Irene is just what the doctor ordered! I needed a spring refresh on my home and Irene was the perfect designer. I wanted to keep my existing furniture but update my decor. We were able to accomplish my entire home refresh in 4 hours. We went room by room and she gave us great recommendation, even with our existing furniture. I was not sure if we would get to the primary bedroom in our time span but had just enough time to concur that room too. She was able to grasp our design ideas really quick and we went to work with our shopping. I will defiantly use Irene for any home improvement project.

Yes yes yes YES !!! Irene of Design Allure took my apartment from a white box to a piece de resistance, a true manhattan boutique luxury hotel style with such amazing appeal ! Irene had all the connections to the products and handymen to physically install the finishes on the wall and arrange the furniture. I rented the unit the same day I posted online. Irene was a pleasure to work with, so much fun, and I totally recommend her to everyone with a current design project. Check my pics - this was literally a white box the week before. I can’t recommend Irene enough! Irene dramatically transformed my family room. It feels like an extreme makeover and she did it with mainly decorative items and moving some of my own things around, so it still feels like my space. It was important to me that even though we were updating, that it didn’t look like it was staged and we were moving. She completely accomplished that! She also worked fast, from the design process to the job, it was less than a week. It was seriously so fantastic to come into the room that she updated and made beautiful. Sharing some pictures, the fireplace was already in but the cabinets were a cluttered, dreary mess. The room looked disjointed. She had a vision to add in a lot of white to lighten the room and tie into the fireplace which was a little too dominant. She updated pillows and even our dog’s spot on the couch. We LOVE it. I can’t tell you how many compliments we’ve had on it. I highly recommend Irene and am already thinking about our next project!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
INTERIOR DESIGN $175/hr. with a 4 hour minimum for on site services + a 2 hour minimum for virtual services. The greatest perk in working with us is we share 100% of our trade discount and do not mark up products! HOME STAGING CONSULTING Occupied Staging, Vacation Rental Staging, Short-Term Rental Staging, Furnished Rentals. $175/hr. with a 4 hour minimum for on site services + a 2 hour minimum for virtual services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
INTERIOR DESIGN We typically work on site in 4 hour blocks with clients. The reason for this is because it is more efficient for getting immediate client feedback vs getting lost in emails and dragging your project out for weeks or months. 1. CONSULT: Your consultation will start with a tour of your space while you and your designer bounce ideas and functional needs around. Next, your designer will do a quick impulse exercise with you to really hone in on your style and vision for your space. 2. DEVELOP: Next your designer will create floor plans and elevations as necessary via AutoCad to illustrate architectural elements, and furniture plans, and even finish and lighting + electrical plans too! Next your designer will immediately start sourcing finishes, fixtures, furniture + decor for your project as needed. We can work both independently within the space, (so it's not an issue if you work from home!), and we can also work collaboratively too! 3. NEXT STEPS: At the end of your 4 hour consult your designer will get your set up online to view your design file anytime you like, you will be invoiced and can pay via debit or credit card, and your designer will discuss next steps and schedule a 15 minute complimentary follow up to give over any afterthoughts about your project. HOME STAGING We typically work on site in 4 hour blocks with clients. The reason for this is because it is more efficient for getting immediate client feedback vs getting lost in emails and dragging your project out for weeks or months. 1. CONSULT We’ll begin by performing a full walk through of your home. After your home stager has a chance to familiarize themselves with the space, we’ll prepare a comprehensive analysis customized to your home’s layout, best selling points and room possibilities. We may even start moving things around right away while on site! 2. DEVELOP Once we’ve gotten to know your home more intimately, we’ll get to work customizing a home design solution that incorporates pieces already in the space and/or bring in carefully selected pieces sourced online based on your specific home staging budget and needs to in order to showcase your homes best selling features. 3. REVEAL On the day of staging, our professional home stagers will meticulously arrange each room to showcase its best features and create a welcoming atmosphere. Once your home is sold, we’ll promptly schedule a date to remove any pieces from the Design Allure collection, leaving behind a clean, move-in ready house
