If we could give Ibrahim and his crew Ellie, Zack and Dina more than five stars, we would. They did a fantastic job installing our new floors and moulding. The quality of Ibrahim’s and Zack’s work was superb! Ibrahim communicated with us every step of the way. This was by far, the best home improvement experience we’ve ever had! We look forward to using Zack’s flooring for our next phase of home improvements!

Initial communication and quality was great on the flooring. Installed quickly, they were responsive, and everything was great. I tried to follow up to install baseboards and it took about 5 tries and 2-3 weeks to connect with someone. Again they came out quickly and installed well. However, there was some initial work they agreed to do that was never done and I was told they would come out and finish up some of the baseboards that didn’t get finished. I had tried contacting them regularly for 2 months and rarely heard from anyone. When I did there were false promises of sending someone else out. They collected full payment no problem, but never finished the work and I had to pay someone else to finish the job. Complete disappointment.
