Truly appreciate the team at NCH. I have worked with them twice - interior and exterior projects and both times have been a pleasure. They show up on time, stay focused on the work, problem-solve, and work with me. The last project I worked with them on was a patio with pavers and lots of pieces [building an outdoor chess board on a hill] - they took my idea and ran with it. I supplied all the materials, including tools. We finished this project in 2 days - as it had languished for 6 months! No one would touch it. But they did, and the output looks fantastic! Please know that their English is limited, but it is nothing that Google Translate can't solve. One last note, I have been on Thumbtack for 2 years in both San Jose and Auburn areas. I have found out of all the people we attempted to hire and work with from Thumbtack that, possibly 3 out of 10 were good + I would hire again. Mainly, we deal with people who leave a project mid-stream, stop working, don't show, or argue and run off - one last group left all of their stuff at our house in Auburn and left the project after 1 day. The poor professionalism ranges from gardeners to masonry and handyman work. When I luck out and find a group like NCH that arrives ready and willing to help come what may - that is a win-win.

Vito and Serg did a fantastic and very professional and thorough job with a very difficult assignment. Clearing berrie bushes that were growing around old downed trees and bushes. Then relocating a wire field fence after the cleanup. They finished this difficult job leaving my back yard looking better than it's looked in 25 years. They worked hard and efficiently over an eight hour (give or take) period. I'd absolutely call them again for other projects.
