Antwan did a very nice job installing kitchen knobs. He went the extra step to file down some of the screws so that they fit nicely.

1. Be upfront about skills/abilities 2. Don’t take on jobs u know u can’t effectively do 3. Plan project/approach-think out time/what’s required- to work faster(he was slow) 4. Be realistic about time frames set relative to project scope/details-don’t try to do whole house in one day 5. Show up ready(prepared/have appropriate tools/equipment to do the job up to industry standards 6. Have break down for each projects/be specific/detailed @DAY #1: He did look over/discussed all work requested before 10/14/21 sent estimate Came with small Jack/small saw & hammer Waited for helper til I suggested he start, then started taking fence planks off (30 planks, 1 hinged swinging gate, 1 rotted post, most of 2nd rotted post-leaving 1 set post & another loose post, started shed rebuild took off some short rotted boards/few longer rotted boards off with b4 emptying (lots of fencing material+4 sand bags inside), floor fell down when boards removed, he looked lost-I suggested he support floor with nearby patio stones, he stopped rebuilding-said inside shed floor ok -except one board, under floor supports rotted & demo needed $150), he left job unfinished/my yard wide open & it’s still open @DAY#2, I texted him to remind him to bring tools needed to get job done expeditiously, returned my text about 30 min later something came up-couldn’t come ,would let me know when he could ,texted that night -2 forget shed demo-he’d do fence & other work DAY #3 after watching him walk around shed/pick little pieces off here & there we decided this wasn’t working for us, he wanted to debate about wood disposal, took a while to not get a lot done, shed’s still standing,at one point we were concerned it might fall on him, we are not comfortable with his work ways/not confident in his skill level, I doubt he’s ever demoed anything b4, we decided not to use his services & wouldn’t have him do any work for us nor recommend him

Details: A full day (Complex or long-term projects) • Repairs • Installation • Maintenance • Cleaning • Assembly • Painting • Kitchen • Garage • Deck or porch • Windows • Flooring • Cabinets • Molding or baseboards • Tiling • Walls (outside) • Doors • Lighting • Home

this customer is very demanding, she hubbers over you the hole time your working, everything she said is just about a lie,I was there to do a job that we put under contract,it should have taken 1 day to do and in the mist of me doing my work on the deck of her she'd that was dry rotted,it shifted, now she makes the decision to demo the shed, now mind you, demolition of the shed was never in the contract, so I get the shed stabilized and told her it's extra to demo,I gave her a killer price which she didn't even wanna pay my for,so the day got late,I told her the shed is stable let's go on with our original contract so I can finish that one first then we can move on to do something with the shed,I guess she didn't like that and told me they were going to move on with someone else,I guess she wanted the shed and the fence I would have to put up after the shed is demo'd for free
