FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m focused on building long-term relationships, so I make it a point to discuss the cost of the work in detail before starting any project to avoid any unpleasant surprises. I aim to leave a positive impression because, like my clients, I also use the services of other professionals and understand the details from both sides—as a contractor and as a customer. In short, I believe in treating others the way I would want to be treated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the client for detailed information about the project. It's especially helpful when clients can send photos and videos, so I can provide accurate estimates for time and cost. After that, the client shares details about the materials—sometimes they already have everything, and other times something needs to be purchased from a hardware store. We agree on the purchase of materials, then I proceed with the work. Once the job is complete, the client reviews the work and makes the payment through their preferred method. All receipts for purchases are provided to the client for transparency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two years of consistent work experience in construction in California, where I learned everything on the job. I was trained by more experienced colleagues who passed on their knowledge and skills related to construction directly to me.During my time working in construction in California, I acquired my own set of tools necessary for any job
