Within minutes of sharing my project on Thumbtack, Adam responded. He was actually available that day. He did a fantastic job installing my new ceiling fan. While I was not expecting to pay as much as I did, I didn't mind because Adam was ensuring it was secure and it did entail more labor than I had anticipated.
He was very thorough in explaining what he needed to do and he wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work.
Being that I was paying on an hourly rate, it appeared he was mindful and trying to get the job done promptly just not cutting corners.
I'm completely satisfied!!
