- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies widely depending not only on the job and scope of work, but also due to the choice of appliances and finishes the customer chooses. We are very competitive and aim to give you the best price possible. We also rarely use change orders. We believe that small changes should be accommodated and considered a normal part of the construction process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically after setting up a meeting on the phone we will come out to your location to discuss the details of your job. During the initial estimate we will offer design ideas and give you guidance on what we think we be the best way to move forward with you project. Next comes measurements and preliminary design. We measure the whole house and get started on drawing. We will be in regular communication with you as we tailor the design just how you want it. Once the design is one that you love and respects your budget, we will move forward with pulling permits and breaking ground! Through the whole process we are always available to answer any questions and requests. We even have a client portal dedicated to each client for streamlined communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
