I recently had a remodel of my master bathroom done. I never would have imagined how lucky I got when Andrey came to my home to do the work. Andrey is a very detail oriented professional skilled in all phases of construction, who is also a really nice trustworthy guy. I couldn’t be happier with the work he performed, he is a perfectionist at his craft. He can do it all including plumbing, electrical, framing new walls, dry wall and texturing. He was so easy to work with and communicates effectively, he kept me well informed every step of the way. I knew my job was his top priority, he was in my home full days, everyday and completed the job much sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend him and would not hesitate to have him back on any future projects I might have.

I was looking for a contractor who could help me get my parents' bathroom fixed even though I live 3k miles away. It was just a gaping hole before and my Dad really needed an ADA shower setup after beating cancer. Andre was super patient and kind to them. He was also very responsive and listened to our needs. His attention to detail goes above and beyond. I highly recommend his work!

Home Improvement Services was working on my front home remodeling and I cannot express how amazing the project was done. I was very fortunate that Andrey and his company were recommended to me. From the first day, I noticed that Andrey was very professional and skilled. Home Improvement Services did demo on all front siding panels, removed all bricks and windows. Daily, Andrey and his team would leave all the work area clean and neat. Andrey replaced all the rotten wood from 2"x4" to 4"x12" beams. Andrey was able to find the problem that was causing the wood to become rotten. The roof was leaking and he was able to fix it. Work performance on the new windows and a new front door installation was awesome. From the new stucco to the stone installation, all the work was done in a professional, detailed, and excellent manner. I have over 20+ years in the construction industry and I have seen a lot of things. It is very hard to find good, skilled, and honest professionals. Andrey and his team were able to do outstanding work on all projects, from a small simple one to complicated and hard one. I was thankful to Andrey for all the great communication we had while working on this project, for all heads up, recommendations, and solutions that made this project exceptionally done. I highly recommend Home Improvement Services for anyone looking for a company with great quality and professional work. Andrey is excellent as a person and professional. If I ever decide to do another home project, I know that I will choose Andrey and his team because I have great trust in their work.

Our prices are competitive with other contractors in this field.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our company would make an appointment and look at the project. Talk to the customer and see what they want. Once we have an understanding of the customers' wants and desires- we generate a proposal and email it to the customer. Once the customer agrees with our proposal, we type up a contract and sign it with a customer. Then will set up a date and time to start on project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a project manager for a construction company. Our company used to build subdivision homes and apartment complex. At one point, our company decided to do to public work. Our company's project included; Police Station in Pleasant Hill, San Quentin, prison. and number of schools in the Bay Area. In 2010, our company moved to Texas. I decided to open my own construction company called Home Improvement Services.
