Tom's knowledge of garage doors is truly impressive, especially when it comes to older models like my tilt-up door. It's getting harder to find someone who understands these systems, and Tom clearly does. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the repair clearly, which I really appreciated. He obviously has a lot of experience with all kinds of garage doors, and his expertise gave me confidence in his work.
