- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and depends on the complexity of the project. I offer both flat rates and hourly rates depending on the scope of work. For my regular clients, I often maintain the same pricing as during our initial meeting and occasionally offer discounts as a token of appreciation for their continued trust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start with a clear conversation to understand their needs and expectations. I ask detailed questions about the project, review the scope of work, and, if needed, visit the site to assess it in person. Then, I provide an estimated timeline and pricing so there are no surprises. Throughout the process, I ensure open communication to make sure the customer is satisfied every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience in various handyman services. Every project I take on not only draws on my existing skills but also helps me grow and develop new ones. I’m always eager to improve and stay up to date with the latest tools and techniques to ensure my work is of the highest quality.
