- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60 for a tune up to help prevent a break down when you need it most or diagnostic to get your system back up and working to keep you comfortable. I offer a 10% discount on any repairs for senior citizens. All repairs are flat rate pricing with no hidden costs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with the customer by listening to the issues they are having. I always remember I don't live at the residence so what they tell me about their system issues helps me and gets the home owners involved with the problem solving of their hvac system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for 2 local companies before branching out on my own. I'm EPA certified.
