Called these guys for my LG electric Dryer, it stopped spinning. James came out to fix it, super fast and nice, they ordered my belt and installed it 4 days later!

The communication is incredibly poor. I have spent over 129 $ to get diagnostics and was told I needed parts that is over $500 parts which I paid them for and was told that this would take 4-6 weeks. It has now taken over 2 months and I have called and texted this company and they cannot provide me even a Tracking Number or an estimated arrival time for the repair. The communication is extremely poor.

Unfortunately when asked multiple questions via two different avenues about what part to buy they were not answered. When asked about how to move the belt they did not answer, when asked to confirm the correct control board to be purchased they did not answer. It has been extremely frustrating. My treadmill is still not fixed at this time.

I apologize for your experience. This diagnosis was done over the phone, at no cost with IFIT and Taylor. I could have ordered parts, but you declined the service. It's unfortunate to receive a one-star review, which impacts service when we, in fact, did not perform a service.
