- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My main goal in creating my designs is to stick to my client’s vision for their event and make every of their pennies counts! I understand sometimes a chosen design might not fit within a budget, but working closely together we can always come up with alternative solutions to the situation!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always encourage customers to ask me questions that could help them feel comfortable working with me and/or clear any concerns they may have about their event. From there, I will gather details to help me understand the customer’s vision for their day. Second, I confirm on an agreed design to implement and budget allocation for it. Then deliver the decorations expected on that day. Finally follow up with the customer on any feedback and experience they had during the celebration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught designer with an eye and passion for anything everything designs! I have attended over the years several online workshops to sharpen my skills and continue to keep myself up to date with the latest industry trends through online research and designers communities I have joined.
