Carlos was great. This was my first time using Thumbtack, and I was a little nervous about it. But Carlos was very communicative, professional, and friendly. He was able to hunt down the source of the outage efficiently and also seemed quite happy to ask my 100 questions and show me what the problem was. From the initial message exchange, Carlos was extremely responsive and flexible. He was able to come out for the job the same week, which was super helpful! The job we hired him for turned from simple to complex due to some faulty installations done by the former home owners.
