Hello Patricia, I hope your future experiences with other Contractor's turns out better...Please be sure to inform anyone else who is coming over...that You were looking for a free roof inspection eventhough You solicited on Thumbtack for Water Damage. There was no visible water damage anywhere that You showed me...I have been doing water damage repairs for 20 years. After my first visit, I offerred to come back and look at the roof for free but would have to charge $125 if I needed to verify any damage by looking in the attic. You are misleading in your review. You said You were going to shop around...after I explained my charges if need be. I said good luck with your projects after You said I am going to shop around...And even tried to explain further in a following text. You replied with a 1 star review. I showed up on time on a Saturday, contacted you multiple times for you to show up 30 minutes late for our agreed upon time. I was there to look at Water Damage... I saw no water damage in the master bathroom or in the eves of the area of the roof you were concerned about... I had a 6 foot step ladder for inspecting water damage. I said I would follow through again and come back again for free with an extension ladder to look at the roof... And like I said previously, You said you were going to shop around...My interpretation of that statement is that I would not be getting hired. Saying good luck with your projects was my way of acknowledging that. In my opinion your 1 star review of my professional attempt to help you determine any water damage problems so I could bid them is completely uncalled for; and designed to tarnish my business. If you have a roofing concern then be that specific in your inquiries so everyone's time and effort isn't wasted for a 1 star review.
