A Big Ticket Sound was very responsive, professional and overall a wonderful experience. By far the best company to hire for your dj, sound, lighting, and video needs. They are always on time, easy to work with, accommodating, and worth every penny! I highly recommend them for all of your event needs. Mark and his team are the best! And they will make your evet look, feel, and sound amazing! His turn around time is fast for video and pictures. And his expertise in video, editing, sound and lighting is superb. All of my company events have been a success when A Big Ticket Experience is hired. I wouldn't go with anyone else. If you want your event to be a success then A Big Ticket Sound is truely the way to go!

A Big ticket sound experience and Mark have been nothing but professional and friendly during this whole crazy year. Our first meeting was great, we were given all the information we needed and all of our questions were answered. We felt extremely comfortable leaving the music, mics and sound in Marks hands. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants the best for their big day. He is very experienced and knows all the ins and outs of a wedding day. When our big wedding downsized to a smaller ceremony due to COVID he was very responsive in getting back to us and working with us during these times. We would recommend him to any and all looking for a DJ for their special day/event. We will definitely use his services again. Thanks Mark for a wonderful experience!

Mark is a fantastic DJ. He was always available to discuss the event. I appreciated how responsive and knowledgeable he was. Everyone had a great time. The. mirror photo booth was a hit and my guests couldn't stop raving about it. Mark played the music that kept us on our feet dancing. My girls ditched the heels and we had the time of our lives. My teenager even had fun. Thank you Mark for being instrumental in making one of the best memories of my life.

What an amazing company to work with! Mark was an absolute pleasure from the first phone call I had with him to our big day! He was our DJ for our wedding on July 25, 2020. I would absolutely hire him again for any event. He was always available during the planning process, whether it be via text, phone call, or email. My husband and I had to change so much getting married during COVID, and Mark was such a POSITIVE light in it all. He rolled with the punches and made sure we had the BEST day. Whatever we wanted, he made happen. We even had several changes to our timeline the day of the wedding because of various issues, and he changed things on the fly without any of our guests noticing to keep things on time. He created a beautiful and FUN environment with the uplighting and music he provided. It allowed me and my husband to just enjoy our day with our family and friends!

I was so much appreciative of the leadership, as well as entertainment Mark provided for my wedding in June! I honestly had no idea what needed to happen, so I allowed Mark to take charge, which was great. He is professional, friendly, fun and even a problem solver. There was an issue with the power during the ceremony and Mark was quick to keep the party moving and helped come up with a solution to get the power back (by running an extension cord to a part of the building that did have power, so that we could keep dancing). The photo booth was also a huge hit!! Mark definitely helped make my wedding be a night to remember!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is published at SacramentoDJ.com/pricing. If you are looking for the cheapest DJ you can find, we are not that company. We are a premium DJ company, and our pricing is comparable to elite DJ companies in the Northern CA Areas.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to show all new customers the history of A Big Ticket Sound Experience, and the history of the DJs, Then we explain what sets us aside from the "Amateur DJ". In our presentation, we show new customers why we will be perfect to help make their "Best Days".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a 20+ year member of the Association for Wedding Professionals International, 15 years of preferred service with The Perfect Wedding Guide, Current member of The DJ Vault & Crate Hackers (International DJ Platforms). Have personally DJ'd over 1200 weddings, 10 years High-end Club DJ, 2 years Carnival Cruise Lines.
