This is the second large concrete job OO has done for us and we are very pleased. OO put in a large patio and aluminum patio cover several years ago. Now he replaced the driveway, put in concrete on both sides of the house with brick flowers bed wall, and a front patio. His crews were punctual, skilled, and hard working. Along the way, OO installed new gates, drains to carry water away from the foundation, and repaired the sprinkler system. It was great having a contractor who can handle any additional issues.

My neighbor installed an illegal security camera which focused only on my backyard, and did not view any area of her yard. I put a large umbrella up to block most of the view. The harassment continued to the point that the only way I knew I would get privacy was by putting and additional 7-foot fence on side of the property line. I also added another section to hold my Sacramento County bins, recycling cans, garden carts, and other items out of site of the public.
I have used Oscar 3 times in the past and have always been pleased with his work. He came and listened to what I wanted. He gave me some recommendations, which I went with because I always like his ideas and recommendations. He then provided me with an estimate, which I accepted. I had a contract in my hand within a few hours.
This fence is not only beautiful, but it will last a lifetime. The frame of the gate is welded and will not move. The bolts are also cut off and welded to ensure that someone can't come along and remove the posts, opening the front. I no longer have to worry about being spied on. I can now work in the back of my property on the hill without the fear of being harassed by my neighbor.
The thing I like the most is that Oscar has a wonderful relationship with his workers. He provides lunch for his workers and treats them like family. Each time I have hired him, he has new workers, because he spends the time to teach them everything he knows, so that they can go off and get their own license.

Double OO construction called me back the same day and came in for an estimate the next day ! I could tell immediately away that Oscar knew his job! He explained everything that needed to get done and different options! Within two days the panels that enclose my porch were replaced and the stairs replaced! It looks like brand-new porch! Michael did the repairs and his intention to detail is amazing! He did an awesome job! DOO is a company that cares about their work and the service they provide to their customers! Oscar gave us a quote for the work he planned to perform and he kept it to the budget. The guys did a remarkable job with everything. It is a beautiful, modern, functional bathroom safe for us elderly folks. We had other estimates but Oscar's was by far the most reasonable. His guys worked nearly every day even Sundays and Christmas Eve. He was receptive to changes I made and offered helpful advice along the way.
