We hired Spaulding Concrete to do a major renovation of our front yard. Jason and his team removed our overgrown junipers and hedges and built a 19-foot stacked stone side yard retaining wall with embedded pathway lights, a new 9’x12’ (108 sq ft) front porch with a 9-foot retaining wall, 3-tiered landscaping where we planted new drought-resistant plants and more embedded pathway lights that look amazing at night, and a new stamped concrete 3-car driveway. In addition, they constructed a concrete backyard RV parking pad with a broom finish.
Jason and his crew were very professional, very efficient, and kept to our agreed upon timeline. We’re very pleased with the completed project, especially after we were told by our local real estate agent that the upgrade has transformed our home and increased its property value. Overall, they did an amazing job! We would hire them again! Decide for yourself. See the before and after photos.
