Disinfecting and Sanitizing your residence or place of business, and giving you a peace of mind, whether a deep clean or routine clean will be priority. ATTENTION: WE DO REQUIRE A $50 DEPOSIT TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT. This is fully refundable should WE need to cancel for any reason. $25 will be refunded if you need to cancel. However you can reschedule anytime within 24 hours of your appointment. We specialize in routine and deep cleans, move in/out, and organizing. You may have recurring cleans, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, or one time cleaning. We also recommend a deep clean at least once. We take every precaution during COVID19, by wearing masks, gloves and shoe coverings upon request. We also sanitize the home before leaving. We will remain 6 feet from our customers unless requested. Refer a friend!!☺️ Get $25.00 off We understand those with a very busy life and family. We can use your cleaning supplies if you prefer, however, we come prepared with our own. Provided services are as follows: * Dust (cob webs, corners, ceiling fans, lighting fixtures and book shelves) * Sweep and mop ( hard wood floors, linoleum, tile, bathrooms and hallways) * Vacuum (fabric chairs and sofas, bedrooms, ) * Clean counters and outside of all appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven) * Cupboards and drawers * Toilets, showers and mirrors * Washer and dryer facility room * Bag and remove all trash * Spring cleaning * Laundry * Windows and blinds * Move-in and move-out service * Garage cleaning and/or organizing * Decorating and organizing * Prep and clean up for parties and small events

Cleaning staff arrived about 1 hour late from appointment, and finished deep cleaning in 2 hours. Daylight ran out and the house did not have light so I could only have close up inspection in the following day. It was a disappointment. While the speed of cleaning up the 1400 sq ft house is admirable, the level of details shown in the final work needs improvement. I ended up have to redo much of the work, including moping the floor (see photo), cabinet, cleaning the oven, dusting at corners, etc. I think the quality of the work may qualify for "quick clean", but for the price of deep clean, I certainly expect more. I suggest future clients to estimate the number of working hours before booking a deep clean / move-out project.

Thank you for your review. Although I feel this was not a fair one, I respect your opinion. Had there been light, electricity, the home would have been complete in its entirety. Since there was no electricity, regardless of my hour being late, the home would have been perfect. Please also keep in mind that you delivered the information of the home not having electricity 38 minutes before the appointment when I was on my way. Had I known prior that there was NO electricity to the home, I would not have accepted. This still would not have been fair as I would have come at 430 to a home with no electricity. I did the important areas per your request with what daylight I had, then called you to let you know there was nothing more that could be done, even while attempting to use my cell phone light. This is a lesson learned for myself. I do however appreciate the opportunity and your business. Thank you very much and have a blessed day

I just bought a house “as is.” The renter in the house before me left the house filthy. I hired SWAG & Santi Klein to do a deep clean. They did a fantastic job. They completely saved the oven. I thought I was going to have to replace it. I was so impressed!!!

Amber and Unique did a great job and I definitely recommend them. In fact, a week after they cleaned my house, they cleaned my brother’s house and he was also happy. Amber texted me her ETA, was very polite, professional and clean—she didn’t mix rags for the bathroom with rags for the kitchen etc. I will be using her on a monthly basis.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No difficult pricing. Minimum 2 hours @ $50/hr for onetime, monthly and biweekly service. $45/hr for weekly. If that doesn’t work out fit in your price range, I am more than willing to work with you. If your offer is reasonable and convenient for the two of us, I WILL GO WITH IT!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to have a phone conversation to get a clear understanding of their needs. Then I ask for photos or video. Most clients are willing to due a Virtual tour via Zoom due to COVID. We go over a plan and pricing and then pick a date! Once a date and time is set. A deposit is sent over via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, credit Card or PayPal. Appointment is secure. 24 hours before appointment, we call or text to confirm. We arrive and get right to work! After clean, we will do a walk through with client unless they are not home. In that case we will send pictures or a video. Then remaining balance is paid same way deposit was paid!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Extra income. I also love cleaning and helping others in need due to time restrictions.
