- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No difficult pricing. Minimum 2 hours @ $50/hr for onetime, monthly and biweekly service. $45/hr for weekly. If that doesn’t work out fit in your price range, I am more than willing to work with you. If your offer is reasonable and convenient for the two of us, I WILL GO WITH IT!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to have a phone conversation to get a clear understanding of their needs. Then I ask for photos or video. Most clients are willing to due a Virtual tour via Zoom due to COVID. We go over a plan and pricing and then pick a date! Once a date and time is set. A deposit is sent over via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, credit Card or PayPal. Appointment is secure. 24 hours before appointment, we call or text to confirm. We arrive and get right to work! After clean, we will do a walk through with client unless they are not home. In that case we will send pictures or a video. Then remaining balance is paid same way deposit was paid!

Extra income. I also love cleaning and helping others in need due to time restrictions.
