Pablo has been great to work with for years he installed a new HVAC unit at my moms house and from there referred him to a friend where he replaced two HVAC units both jobs were done with the upmost professionalism and cleanliness . I recently spoke with him about some possible electrical work for an EV charger and even though he wasnt able to help in that regard. Pablo was more the gracious to guide me in the right direction and was quick with his response. We will continue to refer him to friends and family.

Pablo was so quick and responsive. He took the time to immediately diagnose, locate the part and solve my problem! He went above and beyond and I am so grateful! Long story short: THIS company has your best interests and is devotedly customer-first. Look no further unless you wish to waste time only to confirm this was the right choice to begin withLong story: Originally, we were referred by Yrving from Sacramento Roofing, Inc. to help with my mother-in-laws roof leaking issue. Yrving noted that it was most likely leaking from the HVAC unit and we were experiencing a complete lack of HVAC performance. Pablo from GHES was able to fully explain all of the HVAC options as well as show how the roof was leaking through a failing curb/weatherproofing of the HVAC unit. New HVAC, new ductwork and new flashing/curb for the same amount as other companies for JUST the HVAC unit.Then I had them troubleshoot my own HVAC unit for the heat-side and after a few cold nights, everything has been corrected the total cost was VERY reasonable. Im a fairly frugal and pragmatic person, but I have no problem authorizing them to perform whatever work is necessary to get my HVAC unit running from here on out. Our lead technician, Pablo, was always thinking and trying to find out the root cause of my personal HVAC. We (he) practically rebuilt the whole system for WAY less than a new unit. I didnt find out until a few visits to my house that Pablo is actually the OWNER of GHES. Name another company owner that works this hard in the field as well as trying to grow a business. Trust is something that has to be earned and my trust is in GHES Pablo and all of his employees. This is truly a very good, loyal company.
