- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate for bankruptcy cases, and a reasonable hourly rate for all other services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a telephone consultation. If the client is interested in my services and I believe that I can assist the client, I schedule an initial consultation to obtain necessary information and have the client execute an Attorney-Client Fee Agreement to ensure that they understand the scope and cost of my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my law degree, the California State Bar requires all attorneys to complete 25 hours of continuing education every 3 years to keep informed of changes in laws and legal procedures.
