- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every area of law I deal in has different fee structures. The good news for personal injury is that you pay no fees until we win your case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients and spend some time with them but someone needs me to deal with them by phone and email then I will do that to accommodate their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 58 years old and get along with everyone. I think the school of life helps me relate to everyone. I also have a glass is half full attitude.
