Alex arrived ready to repair my washer. He thoroughly examined and sourced the issue. Had to order a part and was back the next day to replace and repair the washer. Took his time to thoroughly test the washer was working properly. While here I asked he look at my refrigerator and order part to be replaced. He ordered the part and notified me when the part arrived via email and arranged to come back and install the part. He quoted a fair price and stuck to that price. He also guaranteed the repair for 30 days.
