- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We put forward the democratic cost of the diagnostic fee. The diagnostic fee will be included in the cost of labor. We also provide favorable warranty conditions - up to 1 year for parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you've found us - we schedule an appointment, come by to diagnose the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue afterwards.
