I was thoroughly pleased with my choice in hiring High Speed Rooter & Plumbing after having their exceptional employee Jovanny Varela fix the problem I was having with my kitchen sink drainage issue. From the time I scheduled my appointment Jovanny was very responsive in communicating his ETA and once he arrived explained what services he would be performing and what the total cost for the services would be. Jovanny located where the issue was and then masterfully removed the blockage and reassembled the pipes while also being mindful of cleaning up the gunk that was removed from the pipes. I will definitely contact High Speed Rooter & Plumbing again for any future issues I have and would encourage other people to contact them as they are highly reliable and do excellent work.

UPDATE: Frank contacted me this morning and made a special effort to have someone come and give me service today, Labor Day, a national holiday. We are grateful that we were not even charged extra because it was a holiday. The service representative, Arturo, arrived promptly, was very professional and patient explaining every step of the process to us and giving us advice on some things we could do to prevent problems in the future. He keeps a pictorial history of problems and showed us examples related to our situation. We could tell he was earnest. His knowledge and advice is very valuable because our past ignorance has contributed to the present problem. Services we’ve had before just quickly performed their task and left. We may have to have a follow up visit and will now make High-Speed our regular service company for septic tank needs. Well after the appointment was made, The driver informed the representative that he was not working today so the appointment was canceled. So we have to wait three days to get the service we need.
