Extremely professional, knowledgeable honest and competitively priced. Job was to replace kitchen sink faucet air gap and water shut offs. Job was completed in 2 hours and done without flaws. Sewer drain pipe was plugged and affecting the whole house. Sac County came out quickly and determined it was the home side. Received a couple of bids through Thumbtack. Chose Super Mario because of fair price and other reviews. Originally said they could come in the afternoon but then called back and said they could come in 30 minutes. After arrival and quick discussion they cleared the clog outside the house then spent some time making sure the line was completely clear. The price was right in the middle of the range they had estimated. No pressure, no upsell, just good quick service at a fair price.

Boris showed up when he said he would. Worked in conjunction with my tile installer when putting in the new shower valve and was very precise in his work. Will definitely call and use these guys again.

We had a water heater leak, and Super Mario did an exceptional job replacing our water heater. They arrived exactly on time and worked meticulously. The water heater was a contractor grade water heater better than what you would find at a box hardware store. Everything was installed up to current city code. Some time you get apprehensive when working contractors thinking that they might cut corners in order to save time and money, but not this one.

I appreciated their coming during the holidays, waiting for me to show up at my home from work. There was a misunderstanding about when I'd be home, but anyway, it was appreciated when the plumber was here and waiting for me. He did the work quickly and efficiently. I would use them again.
