I am a real estate agent proudly serving Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado counties. Born and raised here in the Sacramento area, I have immense knowledge about the area and of course the ever changing real estate market in these areas. Besides having tremendous knowledge about the area, I take pride in my negotiation skills, and of course my communication skills. Real estate is easily the largest investment you will make in your lifetime and it is important to have someone who not only will negotiate on your behalf but will also be there when you need them. Surprisingly, there are many real estate agents out there who not only fail to answer their phones, but also fail to return missed phone calls and emails. An unanswered phone call can be a lost offer on the house you're trying to sell, losing out on the house you're trying to buy, and ultimately tremendous stress on your shoulders. I take pride in my communication skills and make sure every phone call and email is not left unanswered. I love every aspect of real estate, however my favorite part is seeing the smile on the faces of my clients at the end of every transaction.

Finding a reliable real estate agent to help you sell your home is not always an easy task. Arman recently helped me find my first home in the Roseville area. I was more than satisfied with his services through out the whole process.
