Hello, My name is Carrie Winn. I am a homeowner and an established pet sitter. I have been professionally pet sitting since 2013. I absolutely love what I am honored to do. I am most happiest when I am with dogs and cats. I am available for daily drop in visits, overnight sits in your pets home or in my home. I also offer doggy day care and boarding. Each visit includes feedings, giving any medications needed, walks, playtime with there favorite toy, and exercise. I will also pick up your mail and packages and take garbage cans out to the curb. There is nothing more rewarding then taking care of your pets as if they are part of my family. We are extremely pleased with the way that Carrie takes care of our bunch (two cats and one dog). They can be a handful at times but Carrie is always professional and caring with them. And she took the time to send us pictures and updates while we were away. We will always ask Carrie when we need a sitter!!

I can’t say enough good things about Carrie! We have a husky with high anxiety that does not like strangers and typically runs away and barks but with Carrie he went right up to her!!! I call her the dog whisperer lol I also have a one year old golden retriever and Carrie sat for 4 days with 3 overnights and it was such a relief knowing my dogs were being cared by her. This was the first time I did the overnight care and it was so awesome!!! This is the only way I will care for my dogs again and we will definitely be hiring Carrie again for our next vacation. She is the most professional, reliable and responsible sitter I know! I can’t thank her enough for her services!

Carrie is an amazing pet and house sitter. I recently hired Carrie to do 7 overnights with my two cats, Toyger and Sharif, and she did a wonderful job with them. Toyger tends to hide … a literal scaredy cat. It took awhile, which is not unusual, but Carrie managed to charm him and gain his trust. He even showed his belly for her to pet, which really shows how much he grew to like and trust her. Sharif is already a friendly guy, and they were able to get along great from the start. Carrie looked after my boys like they were her own while also being mindful of all the little details on how I would care for them. She took the time to update me daily with texts, pictures and videos. It really put my anxious mind at ease because it felt like she really cared about their well-being. I also appreciated that Carrie took great care of my home. She treated my home like it was her own which is really the only thing I could hope for. She was a great house guest.

My prices are flexible to work with individual budgets
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will set up a time to speak on the phone and then if that goes well, I will then set up a time to do a meet and greet (no charge) visit either at the clients home or mine depending on the service they are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had training while working at Aunt Cynthia's Bed & Biscuit Inn. Cynthia is wonderful with dogs. I owe her a lot. She taught me so much about dogs. I also took her Professional Pet Sitting courses. I am certified in pet first aid and CPR.
