- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Acknowledgements: $15 per signer Jurats: $15 per signer Deposition: $30 per individual being deposed Oath accompanying a deposition: $7 per signer Certificate accompanying a deposition: $7 per signer Copy of a journal entry: 30c per line item Copy of a Power of Attorney: $15 per copy Mileage: $1.50 per mile, one way and rounded down Weekend Notarizations: $10 for Saturday Notarizations. Closed Sunday Rush Notarizations: $20 If booked with less than a 1 day notice *I offer a 10% discount to veterans and first responders
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client can book me at any time here or on my website. I will reach out and confirm the appointment and ask any pertinent questions regarding the service needed. On the day of the appointment I ask that the client have their paperwork and any additional signers present. Other than that I will process the Notarization and provide a receipt via email or text message. I am always open to honest communication and encourage clients to reach out with any questions or concerns they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took the National Notary Association (NNA) course on California Notarial Services. I passed my test on the first go in July of 2023. I also have extensive experience working with Realtors as my spouse is an agent with Realty One Rocklin, giving me an understanding of the more nuanced rules and regulations that go along with that type of work.
