- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is traveling and early morning (before 7AM) fee associated with makeup and hair bookings. There may be typically discounts depending on how many people need services in one booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any new client, I always like to get to know the client and understand what look they are trying to go for or what their cosmetic goals are that they are trying to achieve. This allows me to get a better understanding and work along with the client to be able to cater to their desired services.
