Eric was great to work with, same day service within a couple of hours on a Sunday! As soon as I submitted an inquiry I was contacted via text with an estimated arrival time, and corresponded about possibly expanding my pick-up request with additional items I forgot to include. Eric is very professional and accommodating, it was such a pleasure doing business with him, and I highly recommend using his service for mattress pick-up and removal.

Eric was amazing! I had mattresses that had to be removed years ago back in 2020 when I moved from the East Bay to the Sacramento area. His service was so excellent, I saved his information.I left a message last night and he called first thing this morning and shortly after, picked up the mattresses!Thank you so much for the excellent, speedy, and courteous service! I'm moving back to Texas and I was looking to get rid of my mattress asap. Eric was really friendly and was able to help me the next day. I recommend this service if they're needing help recycling large items like mattresses and box springs.

The company communicated when they were in route, they arrived within the timeframe given, and the process to take the mattress was done quickly and efficiently. Eric who removed the mattress, was very nice as well.I would highly recommend this company, and will contact them again if needed in the future.Just an extra bonus for the busy person, the website was very easy to use as well to schedule the appt and was able to schedule a same day pick up.~ Stephanie

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For jul removal please inquire. Garage and Curbside pick up prices below. Twin. $55 Full. $65 Queen. $75 King/Cal King. $85 Small Metal Frame $25 a piece All size Box Springs Free with mattress set For in home add onetime fee of $55, or with stairs one time fee of $80.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are primarily a curbside pick-up Curbside meaning garage, or front area of house! If inside house is needed please be sure to add one time fee to total cost of specific mattress size removal prices.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the mattress and junk hauling industry for over 8 yrs. I am in a national mattress stewardship, and have successfully recycled over 40,000 mattresses. I have exclusively been working with recycler and donation companies to ensure all pieces I can keep out of the landfill’s get appropriately distributed to second hand or second chance non-profit drop-off locations.
