- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would rather meet a customer in person and discuss what they need or want before giving them a quote its better and safer for both parties I do not want to over charge but I also do not want to under bid my self I am in the buiseness of making a home owner happy at the end of each job. that's why I choose to call my service friendly neighborhood handyman like back in the old days. I feel like an honest days work for a honest days pay.

it depends what you call a process it all depends on the type of task that's involve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
builders trade in San Antonio Texas. I took drafting in high school. but my biggest achievement is 42 years hands on in the field doing the actual work.
