My project consisted of a few tasks. Bulat was responsive and capable. I would hire him again should I need start additional home projects. Tasks involved: exterior light fixtures, cap/shortening an unused conduit line, installing towel bars, door weatherstripping. I opted for silicone to reattach my shower pan drain back into place after it was pulled off to refinish the pan & walls vs. Installing a whole new drain system.

Bulat is a skilled and skillful carpenter, electrician, plumber, and all-around repair and installation expert, truly a jack of all trades and in addition a master of all. For me he has repaired and waterproofed a deck damaged by a falling tree limb and water, installed ceiling fans, wall-mounted mirrors and light fixtures, replaced and painted dry-rotted window trim, fixed leaking outdoor hose bibs, and researched, purchased, and installed retractable hose reels. His work product is impeccable and precisely finished at a very fair rate of pay. He responds promptly to requests for service and is there when he says he will be. This guy knows his stuff and delivers the goods.

He was very honest and priced decently. He worked hard under unpleasantly hot conditions in my garage without complaint. He could have charged me to fix my washer, which the parts would be more than a replacement washer on sale, but he didn't. He also worked after normal business hours to get it done. I would definitely recommend him.
