We approached several contractors for quotes to refurbish our 750 sq ft patio. We had a pool that was often leaking even after repairs. After a couple of patching, we decided to completely get rid of it when it again started leaking for the 3rd time in 1.5 years. I got quotes from multiple contractors and Souza & Sons gave me the best price. Thiago and his team were punctual and did an amazing job. They kept me in the loop throughout the process and coordinated with the city and soil engineer for inspections. Backfilling and cleanup were done satisfactorily. I highly recommend these guys!!

Just finished a pool demolition project with Souza and Sons. They were by far the most responsive and competitive bid I received. They executed the work in a very timely manner, and I am very pleased with the final product. A couple small glitches with communication but Thiago and the office are very responsive. I will be calling them again for my hardscape needs as I figure out what to do with my new backyard.
